We try never to cancel a ride. Covered wagons are provided if rain
threatens.
Wagons are substituted for sleighs if there is a lack of snow coverage. If
we do have to cancel due to inclement weather rescheduling or refunds will
be made accordingly.
Since we often operate on a tight time schedule we request your group arrive
15 minutes before your ride to check in at the Gift Shop. Guests arriving
later than their group cannot be guaranteed a horse drawn ride unless
previous arrangements are made. Otherwise late arrivals will be taken to
their party if staff is available. Guest vehicles are not allowed on the
trails due to safety. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed away. The cabin
area closes at 10:00 p.m.
We request no pets out of consideration for other guests.
A 10% deposit is required to secure the date you wish. We must have a
guaranteed count of guests at least 72 hours in advance. Charges will be
based on either the guaranteed number or the actual attendance, whichever is
greater.
No food will be permitted to be brought in from an outside source with the
exception of wedding cakes. Food may not be taken off the premises by the
guests.
